I really liked this knife, and fully agree that there is nothing wrong with having special purpose knives in either a domestic or a commercial kitchen. I would suggest however, that the knife should maybe include a clue as to it's intended use? Maybe the handle should have a textured grip containing the shapes of the herbs it is intended to cut in relief?
I think that the technical drawing would have really stood out with the use of contrasting line thicknesses. Also, if you export from autocad into adobe illustrator you can quite easily remove the "produced by an autocad educational product" which is always nice.
I think this was one of the better knives that I saw last week. Congratulations.
